Why We Built This Site
Mississippi court access depends on the court that holds the matter. Greene Circuit and Chancery cases use their participating MEC routes, while Justice Court and municipal matters follow their own office instructions. The Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit criminal and civil records, and the Chancery Clerk keeps Chancery records. The purpose is to make those jurisdiction lines and official contact routes easier to identify before a reader spends time on the wrong search.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket routes: the different Greene criminal and civil court docket paths
- Settings: ways to read a court schedule and confirm a hearing with the proper clerk
- Electronic access: a Greene docket search through the official MEC and PAMEC route when it applies
- Records requests: how to seek court case records or a certified copy from the record custodian
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource, with no affiliation to a Mississippi court, clerk, or state agency. Its limits are important:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or file for a reader
- It cannot set, move, or confirm a hearing date
- It cannot alter, seal, expunge, or correct a court case
- It cannot issue a certified docket, order, or other court document
- It does not offer legal advice about a particular matter
- It cannot promise that an office procedure, fee, or setting has not changed
Only the clerk or court that maintains a Greene record can provide its official or certified copy. Verify the record and current procedure with that custodian.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by third-party providers. Those providers control their services, prices, and results. A paid sign-up may produce referral revenue that supports the resource, but it does not give this site control over the provider or its results.
